Tom #704 came to service my oil burner today. He was friendly, professional and effective in doing his job in a timely manner. He took the time to explain to me that the gauge on my boiler was not working and agreed to research whether replacement would be covered under the Elite Service plan that I maintain.

I was very pleased with his service.
